Here is some additional information about setting up an on-site flu shot clinic for your staff:

1) A licensed Registered Nurse will be administering the vaccine.

2) This year’s vaccine includes coverage against the H1N1 virus.

3) We will vaccinate age 4 and above if family members would like to take advantage of the clinic.

4) There are no set-up fees or any other “hidden fees”. We do not accept personal checks but will accept a company check. Our cost is lower than local drugstores and we come to you!
